An unknown wealthy Russian who in 2012 purchased 3 Indian Creek for $47 million, purchased the vacant lot next door. The lot at 4 Indian Creek sold for $21.6 million last week. The supposed buyer, Alvak Holdings, which is a New York based trust, has been keeping his name secret for unknown reasons.
In recent years, several Indian Creek Village home owners have been purchasing adjacent lots or homes to expand their properties. Recently, Julio Iglesias purchased the property next to his double lot on the wide bay.
